It's always worth a try. Every single supreme court case in us history was a david v Goliath war. Where the kettle guy had to scrape up 300k in legal funds while the government entity could simply move some money from their tax revenue

Sadly a LOT of people who "should" know better choose to either not vote at all , saying there is not point, or they throw away their vote because the "better choice" is bellow them and they will not support them. So they write in some protest vote. Telling themselves they are better. Sounds great but then we get jay and next sideshow. Remember this state could not get enough gun owners to sign the petition to put it back to a vote so my Ruger 10/22 would not be an assault weapon. We could not even get that. Has nothing to do with how many people are in Seattle when gun owners can not be bothered. Just not enough pain felt yet.

They also changed the Washington senate in 2014 so that it is a direct copy of the house. Meaning cities get nearly all of the voting power.
Imagine if the us federal senate was abolished and gave California and new york all of the country's seats
