I hope at least one of the other 3 businesses don't roll over and end up challenging CT's "ghost gun" ban.

It is understandable why a company would accept a deal like that though. Small enterprise is hard strapped to do battle with a state tapping into nearly unlimited amount of it's citizens money to defend their tyrannical laws.

If they banded together to combine their cases and got some backing from one of the grassroots orgs(?) CT might be a state where the battle is lost before it begins though.
