It will always be via Washington Civil Rights Association. It's the 3rd party we founded specifically to organize and fight in the Washington Legislature, and phase 2 is filing it's first lawsuit. Of course, they are the prime sponsor of the free HB1143 class that we host on our website.

Just gave. I have no idea what's involved with setting this up but, if they could use someone else other than Gofundme that would be great. Thanks again for all the work you all are doing for us!

We are going to set up another donation mechanism on the website www.wacivilrights.org but the online processors have all rejected our platform, becuase we're 2A. It's a serious pain in the arse.

Well maybe next week lol.
Well, it does seem odd, when you back up a step and ask yourself; What new information is there for the judge to look at and sway his opinion. What is he actually mulling over? One can only hope Bashor is going to rule on the side of the Constitution and has to make sure his opinion is solid and hard to dissect, and that is the reason for the delay.

I don't think he's mulling over anything. I think he's writing his opinion and making damn sure it's bulletproof because it's going to be scrutinized by higher courts.

I checked every day, did not see it.
Me neither. I admit, I don't know what to look for. I just figured it would be posted when he finally makes his decision. Does this have to be an event at the courthouse, or can he just call it in from home? I, for one, am anxious to keep this ball rolling. This coming Monday marks 4 weeks since the arguments were heard. Hoping he comes up with something solid and according to the Constitution (WA and US), something difficult to tear apart.

If you go back to March 11, you'll see "State of WA vs. Gators Customs Guns et al". We know that's the last public activity, hearing I suppose. Since then, there has been no public/courtroom activity, but things are, or have been happening, because if you look here: https://trellis.law/case/53015/23-2-00897-08/state-washington-vs-gators-custom-guns-inc-et-al, you will see activity for Mar 15 and 22nd.

I don't know court/legal mechanisms, so best is to also check William Kirk's Washington gun law fb page.

So we all know the whole "common sense gun laws save lives" quote is BS. But since the stay was granted due to the potential threat to public safety, shouldn't the state have to show that gun deaths have decreased from the mag ban. Which they can't, because according to King County data, firearm homicides in 2022 was 83, in 2023 it was 107.

So what lives did the Mag Ban actually save? And what threat do law-abiding citizens pose to the public? 0

Facts, reality, individual rights, and due process of law get in the way of the woke narrative. Therefore these socialist "leaders" just ignore all that.
