You're nowhere near the oldest revival.I love reviving dead threads.
This is one of the oldest I've seen brought up. Do I win an award or something?

Hillary hole.Well....it's NEW to me.
So....thank you for reviving it.
BTW....should we BLAME this on the S&W quality control dept? Or was it that Wile E. Coyote guy?
Aloha, Mark
I've owned a handful of S&Ws (4-5?) with the internal lock. This is the first one that's given me any trouble. I doubt the issue is caused by the lock's internal mechanism, but I'm hoping to find out soon.Hillary hole.
It's not hillarys hole that's causing the problem, j just like saying it.I've owned a handful of S&Ws (4-5?) with the internal lock. This is the first one that's given me any trouble. I doubt the issue is caused by the lock's internal mechanism, but I'm hoping to find out soon.
I like to mix it up and say it like an announcer.. " And now entering the room, The Hole of Hillary".It's not hillarys hole that's causing the problem, j just like saying it.
I mean, from a high level we could actually probably blame that dry cavern on a lot of our problems today.I like to mix it up and say it like an announcer.. " And now entering the room, The Hole of Hillary".
The Hole of Uselessness.. etc etcI mean, from a high level we could actually probably blame that dry cavern on a lot of our problems today.
You just wanted to take part in the Hillary Hole.Hillary's Hole not withstanding, I got notification that my 329 will be delivered today!
Racing tomorrow, but I'm sure I'll find time to shoot it soon.
Exhuming some old threads is actually beneficial; this is apparently one of them.Funny stuff, I found this thread on the internet! Nice to see NWFA in the headlines!
Yesterday I picked up a used 329PD and it does EXACTLY the same thing as @filsonhand 's does. We put two brands of ammo thru the gun and both were the same. The light primer strikes didn't change even after being struck twice.
Looks like I've got my answer.
Nope!S&W says it was a timing issue. They "repaired" the crane and installed a new extractor. I'll find out today if it works like it should.
