This was deja vu for me. A little over 20 years ago I was working the county fair as a deputy. My partner/friend and I were working the rodeo, pretty low key event. We were standing about 15 feet from the fence by the disabled platform. A bull threw the rider and they were trying to get him back in the pen. Right in front of us he decided to jump the fence and was loose in the crowd.

So we grab dumpsters and food carts and try 'encouraging' him back toward the fence. I just thought this was something that happened at rodeos...until I see the look on one of the cowboy's faces. He was scared. That got me thinking I should be too. About that time, the bull decided he had enough playtime and jumped back over the fence. Good times at the fair.
