How To Removed Baked On Powder From Compenstor

Hello,
I use a ultrasonic cleaner with the Hornady One Shot Sonic Cleanrer and it works amazing. But, on my Compenstors, I will get a build up of hard crust gun powder. The clearner does get about 70% of it off, but is there another chemical to put on first that may help break down the build up. I am running the Ultrasonic at 140 degrees FH for 20 minutes. I clean my guns every thrid time to the range, no matter how many rounds through them.
