Here's a custom Ochoco Hunter crafted by Dan Stucky in Springfield I bought for my son a few years back. I have several of Dan's knives including a couple folders, filet, kitchen chopper, and a Stucky Skinner I use for big game. This is the only knife I have a picture of though.

I've had this one for over 35 years and it has skinned and gutted more deer, elk and antelope than I can remember. The blade with the knob on the end is the best gut hook I've ever seen, as it cuts from the inside without cutting hair. It holds an edge, is the size of a good ol' Buck knife, and brings back a lot of memories. I don't know who actually made it , but it's branded Browning.

I go back to New York state for a month of deer hunting every year. I generally shoot five deer a year.
For me a havalon with replaceable blades are the cats azz.
I bought three of them . The blamed are lolike scalpers.
I do have a case old timer in my fanny pack but hardly ever use it.
