California's new ammo laws do not prevent non-California residents from bringing ammo into California.

I am NOT disagreeing with this so do not take me wrong but I wonder if CA ever considered the potential 'ramifications' of this part?
I could be wrong but I suspect there are some vehicles with 'low riding' rear ends rolling into CA these days....
