Are those AR15 or AR10 lower compatible?

AR15 ... yes;

not sure about AR10, but the mags as described here are AR15 type; Aren't AR10 mag wells larger?

50 Beowulf shoots from AR15 platform not AR10 platform and AR10 mags and magwells are much larger to accommodate rounds like 308 6.5 creedmore etc.

Looks like you need to modify the feed lips on your mag. The feed lips on the original mag appear straight, whereas the ones on your modified mag are angled??
