The Canned Fish (and related) Recipe Thread?

Due to @mrblond's inspiring post and wife making WalFart order on little computer, a fridge raid commenced. To make, well, oysters on cream cheese and crackers. On that note, these aren't half bad, if one is into spicy food:

Step one, open it in the office lunch room. Step two, microwave it and leave it in there. Step three... There is no step three, just hate and discontent.

Smoked oysters + Cream cheese + ritz cracker.. surprisingly good

Add some fresh smoked Steelhead and your eatin like a king! I could gorge myself on that!
Even better,, a toasted asiago cheddar bagel slathered in the same, heaven I tells ya!
