I have not tried these yet (I just ordered some) and they don't have the old school base (they seem to have a built in stop tab in the body) , but these seem to be factory Sig 14 round P227 magazines.

If you have looked at the old (and notoriously unreliable) 14 round magazines these seem to be a good deal (and obtainable).
They also seem to have a better reputation for reliability than the old ones from what I could find with a Google search.
