"Dry Rub" is Memphis speak for the rub - the ribs are not dry

Double order ribs with peppered vinegar slaw, pitcher of good beer and a pecan pie $55. i dont like going down on Beale to eat. Too loud and too expensive. Rendezvous is a few blocks off in a scroungy alley., Best food in Memphis.

Memphis style ribs are the only way to go imo.

You can always add sauce if you want.

And those suckers are on my diet, along with brisket, and any other fatty meat

You would think it was an expensive diet but it is cheaper then eating fast food and a lot of packaged stuff at the store.

Winco sells baby backs regularly for $3 or less so I'll toss a couple racks on the pellet grill and it lasts me 2 days or so.

Brisket can be found for $3-5 at the wholesaler and will feed me for a week.
