The search feature here has been upgraded several times and is almost up to mostly crappy.
Two choices to keep track of threads; Go to the top and click "Watch thread", then when you want to find it click on your Username in upper right corner, then on Watched Content on lower RH side of menu and look for thread. Or click on Bookmark in the upper RH corner of a post in the thread, then give the Bookmark a name. When you want to find it click on your Username and then on Bookmarks right below your Username..

Take your pick of these search results. Makes me wonder if the device being used has any impact on search feature performance. I'm using a laptop with windows 11, and just typed in "pay it forward" and selected "everywhere" from the pick list.
