Location, near home. Helped with a suppressor purchase in '22.
Cons
Awful experience currently with a trigger upgrade installation. Ongoing.
I purchased a new SCCY CPX-4 .380. Recieved from my normal ffl in Port Orchard, Wa. early Jan '23. Put 40 rd thru it flawlessly. Trigger heavy with long pull. Purchased Dark Sky trigger upgrade from Galloway. I took it to MKR to have it 'installed correctly'. 5 days later im told the cam arm on trigger pin was broken. I collect gun and notice frame pins absent when i get home. Return to shop. Sean (Shawn?) finds pins on bench. Skky sends new trigger pin assembly at no charge. I return pistol to shop. Return a week later & nothing has happened. Disassembled gun in box remains there. WTF do i do now? I am at a loss as to my next move! Pistol in pieces & no word or acknowledgement of fault, responsibility or timeline of completion.

Great group of 2nd amendment loving guys that were a pleasure to deal with
Ordered a suppressor through the SilencerShop kiosk at MKR, the folks there were very helpful and courteous for both visits. Quick to communicate when the stamp finally arrived, no hassle at all. Great folks, will buy from again.
The team is great and knowledgeable. Having worked there myself previously for a couple of years on the sales floor and running the AR build classes, I can say with certainty that the team there is top notch and knowledgeable. I doubt you will find a better group to do firearms business with in the area. I was a customer before I worked there and still a customer now... I do all of my firearms purchases with MKR.
I've bought a couple guns and got my silencer (Hiram Maxim named them, not me) transferred through MKR. I really enjoy this shop and the mellow staff and atmosphere. I haven't run into any armchair experts on the staff, and in fact, found the employees to be knowledgeable without coming across as stuck-up or self-obsessed, which is refreshing. They often have some really cool stuff in the shop, but I've noticed that their inventory moves quickly. I travel across the bridge to use this as my LGS, and find it to be worth the ungodly toll.
Knowledgeable staff, SiCo Kisosk, Rent tools for smithing
Cons
Boutique selection is limited
The guys (and gals) at MKR have been excellent to deal with. I did a build class there and made a couple of purchases there as well. I enjoy stopping by to look and talk a bit. Shawn and Mark (the owners) are good guys and they're happy to answer questions you may have. Their selection is all relatively high end, so keep that in mind when considering a stop (no hi-points) but on the other hand, that can be nice if you know what you're looking for.
Great shop and friendly staff, Quality products no over priced and even offer information to shooting spots in the surrounding area. If you need those custom build parts for your AR these are the guys to see.
Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Many repairs done on site.
Cons
No indoor range.
Great crew of friendly, helpful people. No BS or pressure on sales. Emphasis is on tactical pistols and rifles, but they have a few shotguns and hunting rifles as well. It's a small store with a big following, so it can get crowded on Fridays and weekends. Well worth a visit!
