Uncle Mike's Holster Fit Question.

I'm looking for the model number for an Uncle Mikes, OWB Pancake Holster what will fit a S&W M&P 2.0 in .45 or 10MM.

I have not been able to find a "fit guide" for Uncle Mikes, if you know where I find that, I'd appreciate the URL

I have both a Model #12 & #16, neither fits the M&P Gen 2 with the front rail..

Anyone who can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
