Interesting "stolen gun" scenario in practice:
"Brown bought her [Ruger SR22] off Snapchat for $250 in a no-questions-asked transaction."
No weapon charge. Here Brown was the "transferee" and presumably not subject to SB941 (ORS 166.435 Illegal transfer of a firearm), as it only criminalizes the transferor.
Clackamas county did charge with "reckless endangerment" for the abortive drive-by.
