I moved to Oregon from Washington 6 weeks ago and I'm ready for my first SBR. A SIG 522. So I looked at my Washington trust and even though I could have used it I chose not to because the name of the trust is too long as I used my full name and "revocable living trust" after it and I would have had to engrave over 100 letters of text on the receiver just for the name line. No thanks. So I dragged out the quicken willmaker and drafted up a new trust and used my initials and the word "trust" after it ie "ABC TRUST" . Simple and to the point. The quicken software walked me through the process and it was all done in less than 8 minutes. $10 to the notary and the paperwork is on its way to the ATF.
