I also own a Feddersen barreled Ruger 10/22 with Kidd trigger and shot an Anschutz 1416 for a while. Both really accurate and nice rifles -- Anschutz being way "nicer" in terms of machining and build quality of course.
Nod goes to the Tikka however because the form factor is so close to their centerfire rifles that you can build a great trainer rifle for your shooting. A Tikka stable of .22 LR, .223 Rem, and some other bigger centerfire cartridge would be a great little inexpensive contemporary rifle battery.
