Looks about like airsoft welts, the slug was probably going around 400fps (on the high side for paintball) and can't weigh much more then a paintball so probably felt a lot like a paintball that doesn't bust, and the buck shot was probably going just slightly faster (maybe 550fps) within the realm of airsoft and did about the same damage as a high powered airsoft gun. Heck I've gotten worse welts from modded nerf guns.
