Potable water truck memory.

The potable water truck for servicing large aircraft had an operator lift cage with a water fill hose and control panel with lift control buttons and a pump switch. One evening someone parked the truck with the 1" fill hose extended over the bed and inserted into the passenger window. The water pump control switch was in the on position. A fellow got into the cab and started the engine and that started the pump. Oh my what volume. It was a cold winter evening and the driver later reported that he was soaked to his underware.

I've come to this conclusion long ago. Government has no real competition for being the top for spending everyone's money

Not even desperate gold diggers can hope to beat the Government at spending money that isn't theirs and not paying anything back
