Oregon Purchasing guns over state lines

So when/if 114 goes into play can I still go into Washington and purchase non-simi auto long guns?

Or is everything gonna be illegal to purchase until I can get a permit?

All FFL's have to follow other states laws. So if you need a permit in OR and have to have a check done by your police then your stuck purchasing only in OR..No i havent read 114 so not sure what all it entails.

This is correct from my understanding. Federal law says out of state sales must follow the state laws where the purchaser resides in.
