What's does a 'binary' trigger do a standard (if you will) trigger doesn't?

With a binary trigger you can select "safe, semi, binary".
Bi- meaning two.
In binary mode the trigger will fire on the pull and then on the release.
The individual in the video fires a single shot then manipulates the trigger with rapid successive trigger pulls resulting with a mound of brass on top of his boots.
