This is the kind of thing that burns me up. Felon with 70 criminal counts including 11 gun charges WALKING OUT THE DOOR WITH NO BAIL. Multnomah County. Yet we need to pass new gun laws which LEVO claims will keep the public safe. I'd sure like to see them address this one.
