I just did my address change with DMV and it will take a while for the stupid sticker to arrive, so is my CHL invalid until I get that sticker and get over to the Sheriff?

I wanted to do a replacement ID because I hate the stickers, but without a utility bill for the house I am moving into this week I can't do a replacement... but apparently the sticker will qualify as proof... round and round?

Just give the sheriffs concealed handgun office a call. They would be the authority regarding that.

A signed lease or purchase should count, not just a utility bill.

Technically the chl and dl must match, but its never been an issue for me. I have had BPD, WCSO, and HPD stop me before and they all said just get it taken care if soon.

I had a zip code change a few years ago, free move. The Sheriff said to just update at he next renewal.
