That's a great move... However, being that Michigan is part of the Union of States, this is already covered by the United States Constitution, as it is in every state.

See, when a state regulates concealed carry, they transform it from a Right, in this case a Civil Right, to a state sanctioned privledge...

Imagine journalists, writers, bloggers and forum posters being required to be licensed by the state before plying their trade... It's the same concept...

That's the point. Constitutional Carry means Permitless/Licenseless Carry. In Constitutional Carry states people don't have to get a license, they can open on concealed carry without that.
