looking for info 1918 LF&C trench knife (Seattle Tent & Awning)

have been trying to research more on the 1918 LF&C knives given out by Seattle Tent & Awning co. but info seems to be hard to come by. i have only seen a pic. of one other knife like it. i would love to find out the story behind it. i bought this knife 25+ years ago, and i am ready to part with it, so the value of it would be nice to know. as far as i know, only about 125 of these were given out, and i can't find anymore information online. thanks for any help.
