Is a Colt DA 38 considered an antique in WA?

Hello,

I've had my eye on a Colt DA 38 in .38 Colt for awhile now. It's made in 1898. Is this considered an antique in WA? As in can I have it shipped to my door? I read somewhere in WA the cartridge the gun is in has to no longer be produced anywhere to make it legally an antique here. Can anyone clarify?
