Inside is a divider with a vault door:

No interior paneling or reinforcement or on the outside.

Five minutes with the right power tools and you can be inside that compartment that the vault door supposedly protects.

Granted, it is a possible start for somebody who was willing to spend the $ and time to make that "vault" more secure. But for $15K, that is an expensive shipping container. You can buy that door for about $7K.

Think you can bury it? Do your research first - it isn't safe to bury unmodified shipping containers.

BTW - I saw an article the other day that Port of Portland is discontinuing handling shipping container because they were losing $ doing it. So now all shipping containers coming/going must go thru Seattle. I also noticed that used shipping container prices seem to have decreased.
