No CPL needed, open carry, constitutional gun laws etc.. But his honor VINBIEBOOMBAH appears to have answered it.What do you mean by a constitutional state?
That would be 1 then.....Ahhhhh . . . I think I made a new friend!
Thanks, I agree. So which would be the "least bubblegumtyist" in the future when it comes to gun control? Not sure what the OP is asking here, but we no longer have any states who abide by our constitution, at least a few fake it when it suits them, but even then, all have gone full socialist to one degree or another! Used to be, you were pretty free in Alaska, Arizona, Texas, Colorado, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Montana, Wyoming, but not any more, all have takes major steps to remove our rights and replace them with permission's that they can then grant or deny at will!
So, if your looking to move from the current sh!t hole you live in to a free'er sh!thole, your wasting your time, they are now ALL sh!tholes!
What you should be asking is which are the least Sh!ttiest to live in, vs the Most Sh!ttiest, the top spots being Californication and New Yawk!
One more example of Just How THEY Skew the System..Over the decades the US Supreme Court has allowed two things to expand and grow roots, that in my opinion the Founding Fathers would not allow: federal legislative jurisdiction based on taxing and interstate commerce powers, and the administrative state where unelected agencies legislate instead of implementing Congressional legislation. Justice Thomas has been outspoken in his desire to reign in the second one. Justice Roberts unfortunately views federal government powers very broadly.
As long as those two powers are allowed to reach in-state activities and the mere possession of an item then it doesn't matter much whether a state itself rejects gun control.
We need more of these Lopez decisions, because Lopez has not been honored the way it should have been in the years since.United States v. Lopez: The Case and Its Impact
In United States v. Lopez, the Supreme Court declared the Gun-Free School Zones Act unconstitutional and trimmed congressional power under the Commerce Clause.www.thoughtco.com
Is a constitutional state free from federal laws or legislation?
So THAT'S your new friend.....lol. Peace brother.
