Keep this as part of my practice for a few years now. Not commonly taught, but found this technique to really make sense for tight spaces (vehicles) and danger close. I choose to keep the handed swap left and right practice up to snuff. Just seems very useful in certain common scenarios like seated. Paul Castle was an exceptional individual. What he developed is not "gangster" - it is effective.
