I was just going to post the same thing myself.

The sale goes through tomorrow and Clackamas had 12 . . . well 11 now . . . left. I'm still in shock I paid $20 less for this with night sights than I did for my 17 with the standard plastic sights.

The only thing I noticed is that the date on the cartridge is from October of 2008, so these must have been sitting in inventory for a while.
