I've bought and sold here. Good prices and solid customer service. Real nice guy with good advice. Really out of the way location for me though.

Met Dave today at the WAC show. Sometimes when you meet someone in the gun business and pick their brain without laying down cash, they tend to seem disingenuous. Not the case here, he treated me like a long time customer and that to me means that I will be a long time customer starting with my Kimber and Para that he will see very soon. And i will post pics when they are done.

I have dealt with GOOD GUYS GUNS off and on for many years.

They are a good bunch of guys (really). Always friendly, and helpful. They make you feel welcome in their store, not like a would be shoplifter like some other shops I have been in.

They always have a good stock on hand, although their prices are a bit high compared to other dealers.

They have recently moved to another location in Medford. I have yet to visit the new location. I am hoping the new store is larger than the old one. Much of the time you could barley move in the old shop, there was so much stuff everywhere.

Great business to deal with.

I have a Springfield Loaded that was tuned up by him and it's pretty nice. Not a lot done, just the trigger, a new mainspring housing with magwell, and extractor, but it was well done. I've also had a trigger tuned on my UCP and it turned out great. I've seen the work he's done on friend's guns and am impressed. His prices are good, and the turnaround time is very fast.

Roger is one of the finest gunsmiths in the country. His work on restorations is without compare. He takes in work from all over the country. If you want to restore afavorite or rebuild a competition gun he is the shotgun guru.

Larry's has always been a very friendly place. His prices are fair and when the shortage was going on he didn't take advantage of his customers like some dealers in the valley.

I have to agree that they are very nice people, very knowledgeable and don't get mad when you have questions for a "do-it-yourself" job. I would recommend them if you can get there when they are open.

I used to go there a lot when I was in college because it was right near my school. Usually has a good stock of cheap ammo to buy and a fast-changing inventory of cool guns to check out. I learned pretty quick that you have to call ahead before going there though lulz. Fortunately there is a coffee shop across the street to chill in until they get back if they are gone when I get there.

Dave did a beat up Beretta 96 for me a couple of years ago. Outstanding finish and completed right on time. Great guy to do business with.

I lived in North Portland and never knew it was there. Then I found a Springfield 1911 Loaded lightweight and just so happens to be for sale from someone who works there. Anyway, I had a chance to look around while we did paperwork and they had a small collection of hand guns and rifles. What they had a lot of was small parts, magazines, etc.... They are a bunch of friendly people and I would recommend if your in the area to check them out.

I live blocks away, and until my wife happened to be driving my car , I'd never turned my head to the right and noticed this place.

Been getting ammo and cleaning supplies off and on for a while now, and a few older shooters I've met at the range have specifically praised the workshop.

Small but decent selection of pistols & parts. Good luck getting in, with their hours you'd swear it's almost a secret club. But if I owned a gun store I'd set my own hours too. Life is short.

Just had Dave at Southridge do up a couple 1911s of mine.

First is a Clackamas Kimber, that has a low round count, but had lots of holster wear. So I had to get it refinished, to keep it looking nice. I had him parkerize the whole gun, then ceracoat it with satin black and satin green.

Next is a home built up 1911, that is an Essex frame, and all GI Remington-Rand parts. It's as close to a real USGI 1911 as I can afford. I had Dave parkerize the whole thing.

Both came out looking great, and I went shooting this past weekend, and put a couple hundred rounds through each gun. In additing to finishing the guns, Dave also polished up the feedramps, and checked them over to make sure all parts are in spec, and working good.

Great job, at a very affordable price, with an excellent turnaround time. Shipped up to Southridge UPS, and returned right to my door UPS. Excellent job Dave. Thanks!!!!

Southridge is a supporting vendor here. You all should throw some business his way.

The Issaquah store has the best staff I've encountered gun store or otherwise. Whether browsing or buying, I'va always been treated like a regular. I've both purchased and traded there and have left happy.

Great shop

standard/+ prices on just about everything, but very knowledgeable staff who seem eager to help out whenever they can. I've bought the majority of my stock from them, mostly due to convenience, but having that great customer service after purchase is a beautiful thing

I highly recommend these guys

Aside from baby huey, whom i've not seen there for a long time, the store and range are great. Ammo prices are the same or often $1 cheaper than wades. Wish they had more military surplus 7.62x54 and 5.45 for my russian friends.

The main thing is that they are friendly. They love answering questions and they don't treat you like you are an idiot if you ask a dumb one.(hey i don't own a AR). But they are very knowledgeable and they get most if not all my business.

Just bought a G19 for 499. Same gun goes for 549(or 589 if you use a credit card:s0112:) at wades.

I have mixed feelings about Cliffs. On one hand, if you need anything reloading related, it's the place to go. On the other hand, I went there to buy a Glock 21 after I moved to Boise and even though I had my Idaho drivers license and was living in Idaho, they said they couldn't sell me a gun until I had been here for 6 months. Didn't have a law reference for me and the only one I could find was related to hunting licenses. That same day I ended up just driving down the street to Impact Guns and bought a Glock 21 there instead. No problem.

Jeff is a great guy, I have bought 5-6 pistols from him and had him do a few smithy jobs for me. Great work and he does get good stuff if you keep an eye out. He has gone above and beyond in every time I have dealt with him, held pistols for me when I was short on cash, now thats good sevice!!

Gotta admit, after buying 5-6 pistols in less than a year there, I had mixed experiences. Some good, some bad. Once trying to use my Davidsons lifetime replacement warranty they wouldnt let me trade even though I had already spoke to Davidsons and they said it was ok to trade calibers if the the caliber was not avaliable in the model I had purchased. That time every time I called I got the Wes is not around bit, so much for honoring that warranty.
Another time I had used my debit card to pay for $200 worth of a pistol, and when I noticed that the bill was $25 extra and asked Wes, he began to be loud and rude and tell me I should have known about the 3% fee for using a card! It would have been nice to have had it mentioned when I was getting ready to pay.

Bottom line is they have a great selection, but if you catch them on a bad day they may be rude and they wont honor davidsons warranties. I wont be returning again and thats sad!

The guys both at the shop in Issaquah and at the Range are great. I'm a member at their range and before it was open I always had really great service from their store. They once gave me a full refund for an AK mag that failed when I took it in to show them and they gave me a refund no questions asked. They also put some night sights on that I didn't even get from there (did buy the gun there), only charged $25 and had it done the same day. I was also really impressed the first time I went to check out the new range. I was greeted by a cute red head girl who offered to give me a tour of the range. She showed me all of the ranges and some of their plans for the spaces that weren't even finished yet. She was very thorough and friendly, it was actually really informative. Every time I go to the range it's a good experience. The guys are always helpful and friendly. Needless to say I'll be doing business with them for a long time if they keep up this great level of service.
