I do not reside in Oregon, but if I did, I would make certain all the Hispanic , Russian , and Ukrainian speaking communities, were aware of M114 and it's ramifications.

114 is truly the most racist bill to ever be brought to Oregon voters. Those who need guns most won't be able to buy one because they can't afford the training for that single barrel shotgun. 114 goes through then the only way the poor can get a gun for defense is illegal so 114 is making criminals of folks that just want security.
