Portland's First Major Snow for 2024?

WeatherUnderground's forecast shows snow for the weekend of Saturday 1/12/24. Starting as soon as Thursday in some areas and ending Sunday. Their snow forecasts are always a bit optimistic this far out so time will tell. Guess I'll do my trip to Costco this weekend.

When the weather report tells me something like this is coming in the next couple days? I then pay attention. When they start telling me what will happen in a week or more? I could use a magic 8 ball and do just as well.
