I'm not hundred percent sure about all upper receivers. I think it's designed for Q series, honey badgers.

I have the SB Tactical HBPDW and I believe that is the only one that will work with any AR lower. The Noveske and Q stocks need the rail cuts in the lower. I have mine on a ADM billet lower

They make one for mil spec receivers and one for the Honey Badger/Noveske Ghetto Blaster/N4 PDW upper receivers.
