Does anyone know what front sights this pistol uses?

I've been talking with CZ-USA, but the rep responding to my inquiry doesn't seem to know.

I'm looking for a fiber-optic front sight...

My first call would be like you to Dan Wesson, my second call would be to Dawson Precision. Many of my handguns have their fiber optic front sight including a Dan Wesson Valor.
I went through something similar to yourself. I called Dan Wesson, provided my serial number and asked about the front sight cut dimensions so that I could order an aftermarket fiber optic sight (they didn't offer f/o sights). I ordered the sight using the information they provided and the dove cut was bigger on the slide than on the sight. I returned the sight to Dawson Precision and they were able to determine and provide the correct size sight.
