Shipping to Washington proved to be $32.60 for a case. Suspect the $20 in indeed the min they will charge.
Use tax would be due as they haven't crossed the threshold to collect for WA yet.

there is a 3% fee to use a credit card for security. Not sure I would trust an echeck with them until I knew more.
