Florida man is stopped from acquiring gun purchased on Gunbroker and sent to local FFL because an ATF inspector claimed he smelled like marijuana...

I don't know, personally I think it's a good thing they stopped him from getting a gun. Florida Man has got to be one of the most dangerous guys out there. They really need to get him off the streets for good.

It seems like every other day you read in the news about something dumb or dangerous he's done. It's "Florida Man" this, and "Florida Man" that, all the time. Maybe they should give this ATF guy a medal.

"This is just the latest example of the ATF making up an excuse to deny a purchase and then hiding from any ensuing scrutiny or fallout."

Dollars to doughnuts the IOI was just felling all Paul Blarty that day and decided to flex his authority South Park style

Just my opinion, it seems to me like the actions of the IOI were not based on law. He had no proof, either personal observation or forensic to back up his action. Isn't this a case of corpus delicti?
