I am submitting my 1st Form1 for a SBR build, I am stuck on Form 5320.23 CLEO. Does anyone know who CLEO is for Multnomah County?

In Portland the person chosen to fill that position changes daily. Just punch "who is the Mult Co Sheriff" into Google. Used to be Mike Reese

Or just send it genericlly to the MCSO CLEO at their address. Doubt they read them anyway.
