Has anyone considered challenging this under the Federal disability laws?

What if somebody has a condition that requires a brace to securely hold and fire a pistol…
…. it's like they're banning crutch tips, canes, and eyeglasses! They're deliberately preventing
disabled Americans from exercising their Constitutional Rights.
It's like placing polling stations at the top of a long flights of stairs!
