For sale or trade is this nice example of late 19th century craftsmanship from the Winchester factory. The serial # 83XXX indicates 1896 mfg date. Chambered in 30 WCF it is very nice condition for a used weapon. The usual handling dings and bluing wear that seems quite consistent. Octagon barrel and flip up rear site with crescent butt plate. My price is $1,300 and willing to do some trading. My interests are mainly US military and vintage blued revolvers, the shorter the barrel the better.
