Looked at a recently acquired USMC Source hydration pack and its buckles, and at my modded chest rig.. decided to combine the two. Only had to swap the lower buckles of the pack to fit the chest rig side buckles, easily done as I had planned just this kind of compatibility.

It sits pretty low,.more a belly rig but should be good balance with 6 mags, IFAK, utility pocket. And 100 oz of water.

I think hydration on gear is the single most often overlooked prep right behind cardio/physical fitness. Even just a spot for a water bottle is better than nothing.
