Potential Issue Restricted access

I have been a member since 2012. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember my password, and had to do a reset. Now all of the requirements for a new member are being requested for full access! What's going on? It's my contention that I've already been vetted. This is a big in the system,that should be removed.

Of course! I've had unrestricted access for several years.

I believe there is an old glitch that if you didn't do the onboarding years ago, it's still there, just hidden under updates.

Select one account to keep.

Self disable the other(s). Self disable is available in the account settings.

*self disable cannot be undone*

Members with multiple accounts will be banned.

This "Murray" is the OP...who joined 14 SEPT. 2012....
Who asked the original question.

Then there is 'Murray Hill"...who joined 19 FEB. 2023....
Who has replied...seemingly the same , as the OP "Murray"...

So while I can't speak for others...
It does seem confusing...or as if you have two different accounts.

I'm not sure. You're responding to my Gmail email. The other account was tied to my Yahoo email. If I had two, it was in error. Should be fixed now.

In any event...still confused...but good to know the issue is resolved...somehow....

Thanks for the help. I have just now logged on with my laptop. The problem seems to have been fixed. I no longer am on probation.
