AOW question

Im in washington, and thinking of getting a AOW (serbu super shorty) In Wa a SBS is a NOGO... but AOW is ok....

there is a AOW listed shotgun on GB with a folding stock on it... Is this still an AOW? or once the folding stock is put on the shotgun it is a SBS?

could I buy a AOW, and legally put a folding stock on it?

You're correct in your assumption, puting a stock on an AOW Super Shorty would make it an SBS, and illegal if a 2nd SBS tax stamp was not approved.

That is an SBS. An AOW can be a "pistol" with a forward grip. Anything with a stock is considered a rifle/shotgun. That is a short barreled shotgun.
